    一、实验室简介

    姜汉卿,西湖大学工学院讲席教授,跨力学实验室负责人。其研究以力学/物理为学术根基,持续将力学和物理思想引入材料、电子、能源与信息系统等不同物理载体中,探索跨学科问题的统一物理图景。相关成果发表于 Science、Nature、Nature/Science 子刊、PNAS 等期刊 170 余篇,引用逾 25,000 次。现任Science Advances、Extreme Mechanics Letters、Research(AAAS) 等国际期刊编辑或编委。曾获 ASME Worcester Reed Warner Medal(2021)、SES Huang Engineering Science Medal (2025)、ASME Daniel C. Drucker Medal (2025),并当选 ASME Fellow 及 欧洲科学院、欧洲科学与艺术学院院士(2025)。

    二、招聘岗位及条件

    1.招聘岗位:博士后(1-2名)

    2.任职条件:

    1)建立光学系统的理论与数值模型(如傅里叶光学、波前传播、卷积与反馈模型等);

    2)设计并搭建自由空间光学实验系统(如激光、成像系统、空间调制器等),实现空间阵列状态的调控与演化;

    3.要求:

    1)年龄不超过35周岁;已取得或即将取得博士学位;

    2)光学、光电子、应用物理、工程物理或相关专业博士,具有扎实的物理基础与良好的数理分析能力;

    3)熟悉波动光学、傅里叶光学或相关理论,对传播、干涉、衍射等物理过程有深入理解;

    4)具备较强的数值模拟与建模能力,能够使用 MATLAB、Python 等工具进行光学系统或物理过程仿真;

    5)具有自由空间光学或光学成像系统搭建经验者优先,熟悉激光、透镜、相机、空间光调制器(SLM/DMD)等实验设备;

    6)具备跨学科研究能力,能够在物理建模与实验实现之间自由切换;

    7)具有较强的独立思考能力和探索精神,在相关领域发表过高质量论文或具备原创性研究成果者优先。

    三、薪酬待遇

    四、资助政策

    1.博士后可享受杭州市在站博士后资助政策。

    2.对获得中国博士后科学基金资助和浙江省博士后择优项目资助的,杭州市给予1:1配套资助。

    3.对出站留杭(来杭)工作的博士后,杭州市给予每人40万元补助。

    4.对来杭工作符合条件的全球本科及以上学历应届毕业生(含毕业5年内的回国留学人员、外国人才),杭州市发放生活补贴,其中博士10万元。

    5.可申请认定杭州市高层次人才,并享受相应政策。

    Postdoctoral position in Beyond mechanics with societal impact Lab, School of Engineering

    Introduction to the Lab/Research

    Hanqing Jiang, Chair Professor at the School of Engineering, Westlake University, is the head of the Beyond Mechanics with Societal Impact Lab. His research is fundamentally grounded in mechanics and physics, and continuously integrates mechanical and physical principles into diverse physical platforms such as materials, electronics, energy systems, and information systems, aiming to explore a unified physical framework for interdisciplinary problems.

    His research outcomes have been published in Science, Nature, Nature/Science family journals, PNAS, and other leading journals, with over 170 publications and more than 25,000 citations. He currently serves as an Editor or Editorial Board Member for international journals including Science Advances, Extreme Mechanics Letters, and Research (AAAS).He is the recipient of the ASME Worcester Reed Warner Medal (2021), SES Huang Engineering Science Medal (2025), and ASME Daniel C. Drucker Medal (2025), and has been elected as an ASME Fellow, as well as a Member of Academia Europaea and the European Academy of Sciences and Arts (2025).


    Job Description

    Position: Postdoctoral Fellow (1-2)

    Requirements:

    1Develop theoretical and numerical models for optical systems, including Fourier optics, wavefront propagation, convolution, and feedback-based models.

    2Design and build free-space optical experimental systems (e.g., lasers, imaging systems, spatial modulators) to achieve controlled evolution and manipulation of spatial array states.

    Other requirements:

    1. Hold or expect to hold a Ph.D. degree by the start date; aged under 35.

    2.Ph.D. in Optics, Optoelectronics, Applied Physics, Engineering Physics, or related fields, with a solid foundation in physics and strong analytical and mathematical skills.

    3.Strong background in wave optics, Fourier optics, or related theories, with deep understanding of physical processes such as propagation, interference, and diffraction.

    4.Strong capabilities in numerical simulation and modeling, with proficiency in tools such as MATLAB and Python for optical system or physical process simulations.

    5.Prior experience in building free-space optical or optical imaging systems is preferred; familiarity with experimental equipment such as lasers, lenses, cameras, and spatial light modulators (SLM/DMD).

    6.Demonstrated interdisciplinary research ability, with the flexibility to transition between physical modeling and experimental implementation.

    7.Strong independent thinking and exploratory mindset; candidates with high-quality publications or original research contributions in related fields are highly preferred.

    Funding

    1. Postdocs receive a living allowance and research funding from the Hangzhou municipal government.

    2. Recipients of funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation or the Zhejiang Province Selected Funding for Postdoctoral Research Projects are entitled to supplementary funding of the same amount from the Hangzhou municipal government.

    3. Postdocs who work full-time in Hangzhou after completing their postdoctoral research qualify for an allowance of 400,000 RMB from the Hangzhou municipal government.

    4. Eligible new university graduates holding a doctoral degree or equivalent who work full time in Hangzhou (including those who studied abroad and returned to China within 5 years of graduation as well as foreign talent) can apply to the Hangzhou municipal government for a living allowance of 100,000 RMB.

    5. Postdocs recognized as high-level talent in Hangzhou enjoy corresponding preferential policies.
